  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • In case of unexpected delays (e.g., high order volumes, supply chain issues), we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available):
    Option may be shown at checkout for faster delivery in select areas.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural areas.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a nominal shipping fee (shown during checkout).

🔎 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link.

  • You can also check your order status anytime in your Chahal Fashion account dashboard (if registered).

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered but not received

  • Damaged during transit

🔁 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • In case of non-availability at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt delivery again.

  • If the order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
