At Chahal Fashion, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and prompt refunds.
🔄 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

The item should be in resalable condition.

Only select categories (like electronics or hygiene-related items) may be non-returnable or subject to stricter conditions — this will be noted on the product page.

Need a different size or color?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

If your desired size/color is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank/UPI details for a secure refund.

You’ll be notified by email/SMS once the refund is processed.
🚚 Return Shipping

In most cases, the return pickup will be arranged by us.

If not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse (we’ll share the address and reimburse shipping charges where applicable).
❌ Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale”, gift cards, personal care items, and customized products.

Used or damaged items not caused by transit or manufacturing defects.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — no questions asked.
